Shipping Policy

We are offering worldwide delivery of our products. All products are shipped via reputed National and International courier companies such as DHL, FedEx and other such renowned companies that are completely secured and reliable.

Return and Exchange Policy

You are eligible for a Replacement/ Refund only if you receive manufacture defect product. The products should be in original condition with original tags, folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not eligible for return.
  • You have to make video of product when open for claim of refund for missing part or damage packing or product.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer has to raise a return request within 10 days of order delivery, after 10 days we are not able to take return of the product. Customer has to bear the return shipping cost. Shipping charge will not be refunded against any order.

Cancellation Policy

Order once shipped from our place cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it is delivered to you. It will be considered for Exchange. If due to unavoidable circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, your order is not processed or the product is not shipped to you within time, the order shall stand cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded to you and no liability shall be incurred by us.

Refund

  • Customer has to return the product for us to process refund. Refund will be issued after seven days of receiving the product back in good condition.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only product price will be refunded which customer paid while purchasing the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • You can also return or exchange product at our respective address of Hisar or Gurugram branch as per your convenience.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
